Yes. Where the existing enclosure is in suitable condition and has adequate space and electrical capacity, we can upgrade or expand the panel without replacing the entire assembly.

This may include removing obsolete components, installing modern switchgear, PLCs or motor control equipment, improving internal wiring and labelling, adding new circuits, and updating control schematics to suit the modified system.

Where a retrofit is not practical or cost-effective, we can recommend a replacement panel based on the condition and requirements of the existing installation.

Before installation, each control panel is checked and functionally tested in the workshop to verify wiring, component operation, and control functionality.

Testing may include continuity and earth checks, circuit verification, control voltage checks, power supply testing, PLC and HMI operation, and simulated input and output testing where practical. We also verify contactors, relays, interlocks, alarms, and control sequences before the panel is connected to the field equipment on-site.

Final commissioning is then completed under actual operating conditions once the panel is installed and connected.
